Note
I used two criteria when selecting work for this portfolio:
1.) Whether I genuinely like the work. Much of what’s included isn’t v_finalfinal, and/or client-approved, and, some of it is (unapologetically) student work. 2.) The extent of my authorship. Every project here reflects work that is overwhelmingly mine—from copy to art direction to design. As opposed to projects that are great, but I only collaborated a bit.
Branding
I have vast experience in both applying, and, creating brand visual identities and brand visual identity guidelines. For small, medium, large and very large clients.
Editorial
I have designed, and redesigned high-profile publications, overseeing layout and typesetting for annual sustainability reports for Trafigura, Sony PlayStation, Remitly, Impala Terminals, Nestlé, or Acrotec Group.
Campaign
I have worked on small, medium, and large campaigns. Most with multiple assets across multiple channels. Some, in multiple languages.
My journey
I’m a BA (Hons) Design for Graphic Communication graduate from the University of the Arts London. I won a D&AD pencil for telling Nissan to stop selling cars. I also worked on projects aimed at increasing the hapiness of elderly people, for example. I wanted, and still want to make the world a better place.
I began my career at Publicis Pro in 2014, working within a high-performing content marketing team delivering campaigns for tech clients such as SAP, NetSuite, BlackBerry, Bluetooth, and Planview, targeting CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs of massive organisations.
I then moved to New York, where I studied advertising for nearly three years with some great teachers. I began to understand advertising art direction, but also the power of headlines, the importance taglines, why one needs insights, and how to build a 360 campaign.
I moved to Switzerland in 2018 and joined Charlescannon, now Anthesis.
At Anthesis, I create design work that tells stories and evokes emotion — always under the non-negotiable principle that design should drive positive change. Clients I work, or have worked with, include Nestlé, Nescafé, Nespresso, Trafigura, SONY PlayStation, Remitly, FUJI, World Heart Federation, World Health Organization, World Heart Federation, World Stroke Organization and Watches and Jewellry Initiative 2030. Among many others.
